Career Dilemma

There are five different kinds of components that one may need in order to stay in a good career path. These are the environment, income, hiring outlook, psychical demands, and stress. The environment is how one responds in areas of traveling, confinement, and the amount of hours that they work. How does one get to their work place and is it a problem for them. Depending on the job that you have it might take you long hours to get to occupation. You have to understand as well that when you get to your work place does it feel like you are trapped or do you feel that you have breathing space. You don’t want to feel uncomfortable in the place that you spend so much time in. How about the stress level rising? Is work your stress? This can lead one to end up with high blood pressure in the future. This may lead to problems mentally and psychically. It can also cause problems for your job.
Everyone wants to have a superior career in which they can make currency especially for those who take a few more years with their education. When you want to get a job there will also be someone asking questions about your experience and if they would like to hire you. They have three different kinds of hiring out looks. The first is the Employment Growth. This is where “it is expressed as a percentage increase in jobs in a particular career field over a ten year period and the Department's latest available estimate.” The second is income growth potential which is how much a worker can amplify their income. Then we have unemployment, which is unenthusiastic and “the unemployment rate of a particular job is subtracted from the sum of Employment Growth and Income Growth Potential.”Your psychical demands are usually about weight in this article. I would think of how much could one person handle like “lifting, pulling, pushing, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing, crouching or reaching.” But one can again develop anxiety, stress, and weight issues. With these five criteria’s everyone has to be organized/ready whether they desire for a high-quality career with good working skills and a fine salary range or a low-quality career with low choices of income and environment.
